House Speaker Alan Peter Cayetano to address graduates of President Ramon Magsaysay State University in Zambales

IBA, Zambales--House Speaker Alan Peter Cayetano is expected to grace the commencement exercises today at the President Ramon Magsaysay State University (PRMSU) here. 

Cayetano is the guest honor at the occasion, which carries the theme, "Sustaining the vision, serving the nation."

A total of 339 students are part of the commencement exercises.

Department of Science and Technology Regional Director Secretary Julius Caesar V. Sicat will also join Cayetano in the event.

Earlier three new buildings of the university were inaugurated.

PRMSU President Dr. Cornelio Garcia and Zambales Rep. Atty. Cheryl Deloso Montalla and members of the board of Regents led the inauguration rite, which they said was a "momentous day" for the univeristy.

Inaugurated were the E-Library Building, Science-Based Education Building and Graduate school Building.

The 3-storey E-Library Building, which is worth P30-million, has 11 rooms that will serve 500 students.

The Science-Based Education Building, which is also 3-storey, will provide adequate classrooms and laboratory rooms that can accommodate 500 students and school staff.

Meanwhile, the 2-storey Graduate school Building has six rooms and can accommodate administrative offices and classrooms for graduate and post-graduate students.
