Requirements for Enlisted Personnel Reservists:
* Must be enlisted as Reservist Personnel
* Age must be 18-30 years old
* AFPSAT Remarks is a must
* Should passed the Physical/ Medical Examination
* Should passed the Physical Fitness Test
*  PSA Birth Certificate
*  Brgy Clearance
*  Police Clearance
*  NBI Clearance
*  Educational Attainment at least a High School or k-12 Graduate
* Civil Status Single

Note: Term of Enlistment of Reserve Enlisted Personnel is the same with the Regular Enlisted Personnel.

Requirements for Reserve Officers
* Must be Commissioned in the Army Reserve Force
* Age should be not more than 30 years old
* AFPSAT Remarks is a must
* Should passed the Physical/ Medical Examination
* Should passed the Physical Fitness Test
*  PSA Birth Certificate
*  Brgy Clearance
*  Police Clearance
*  NBI Clearance
*  Must be a college graduate
*  No restriction for Civil Status
*  Must be a POTC Graduate

Note the tour of duty will be six (6) years term.
